Hosted by Indenaial, we're providing an open platform and a mic that welcomes artists of all kinds. This includes poets, singers, musicians, comedians, spoken word artists, and storytellers. So if you got a talent, come out and sign up! Suggested $5 donation to get on the mic. SIGN-UP'S START AT 6PM & CLOSE AT 7PM. Performers start promptly at 6:15pm.

We welcome and support all first-timers and experienced artists alike!

I am always inspired by ways to be a part of my community and what my legacy will be here in my hometown. I am a Chicago Legend in the making. You can catch me on multiple platforms, but in the flesh I will be your host for the Silverroom's "No Skips" open mic every last Thursday of every month. Congrats to us!"

Launched in 2013, First Monday Jazz is a monthly ode to the deep cultural history of the Arts Block and Washington Park. With a musical legacy that can be traced to the early 1940s, the Arts Block transforms as an impressive roster of Chicago-based musicians take over the Green Line Performing Arts Center stage. September's First Monday Jazz featured artist is Coco Elysses.

Called a renaissance woman by many, Coco Elysses is a producer, conductor, composer, beat maker, musician, actress, voice-over artist, screenwriter, doula and poet. She has performed internationally in numerous festivals including: The San Francisco Jazz Festival, The Havana Jazz Festival, Hyde Park Jazz Festival, the Frankfurt Jazz Festival, Made in Chicago Jazz Festival in Poznan, Poland and the Insolent Noise Festival in Pisa, Italy. Coco serves as Chairwoman of the Association for the Advancement of Creative Musicians, Inc. (AACM) and is also a featured voice in the book, Black Women and Music: More than The Blues. She has won the ALTA Award and Jeff Award for Best Original Music in a Play, and was a featured musician on the critically acclaimed FOX TV drama Empire. Some of her discography includes The Best of the Miyumi Project, Skylanding - The Music of Yoko Ono, Nicole Mitchell’s Africa Rising, and Resurrection Suite with Ben LaMar Gay & Carlos Pride.

The Grafton Irish Pub and Grill is now hosting Open Mic Mondays every Monday at 8:30pm. This is a free event. Musicians and songwriters of all styles are encouraged to play. We welcome all levels of experience. Sign up is at 8pm. Come share your music, discover new music and enjoy our drink specials in our intimate and cozy back room lounge, and hang out all night.

Each & Every Tuesday we are bringing a different vibe for South Burbs of Chicago. We provide a platform for artist to showcase talent to a mature open minded audience. For the attendees we provide security, full service cash bar, vendors, seating and positive atomsphere for you to enjoy yourself with few friends or prefect date night. Immediately following show we party to todays R & B tunes, support vendors and fellowship. The neat aspect of this event every Tues its a different experience from vendors to artist we promise this is a "MUST ATTEND!!!
